Medline Professional and Consumer Packaging

At the time of development of this content, Medline brand included over 150,000 product families that were stewarded by 30 product divisions. It was my job to organize and govern the portfolio, separating and conjoining products where necessary. Within each sub-category, I collaborated with all stakeholders on product segmentation as well as defined the enterprise-wide standardization of those segments.

During my tenure, we went through two brand redesigns. The first included a framing rectangle. The second is indicated by an dynamic arrow element.
