The Agency Era
Before going to the corporate side of creative, I spent about 12 years on the agency side and gained a lot of experience in different design mediums — Advertising, corporate identity systems, fast moving consumer goods and cultural/semiotic analysis consulting. I learned a lot along the way until I felt ready to leverage the craftsmanship and operational know-how to lead a team and take greater accountability for the business impacts of brand design decisions.
